Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click. You keep Pro until the end of your paid period, then drop to Free — no data loss.
Do I have to pay to self-host?
No. The full product is open source under MIT. Pro pricing covers the hosted version at usepingback.com.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Monthly is $12. Annual is $120 — about two months free. You can switch from the billing portal.
Refund policy?
14-day no-questions refund on new Pro subscriptions, worldwide. Full details at /refund.
What counts as a monitor?
One URL checked on a schedule. SSL checks on the same URL do not double-count.
How is data stored?
Encrypted at rest in SQLite. Free keeps 7 days of history; Pro keeps 90.
